The Accolade™ is a high-powered, Q-switched Alexandrite laser that provides fast treatment of a full spectrum of benign epidermal and dermal pigmented lesions, such as solar lentigines, freckles, Acquired Dermal Melanocytosis, Nevus of Ota/Ito and multicolored tattoos, including black, blue, brown and, unlike other lasers, green tattoos. A fiber delivered high-powered Q-switched pulse is available through a variety of spot sizes; small spot sizes for high fluence treatment of dermal pigmented lesions and tattoos, medium spot sizes for efficient treatment of tattoos and epidermal pigmented lesions and large spot sizes for low fluence treatments for larger areas of the skin with pigmentation.

Precision Technology for Optimal Results
PrecisionTx is an Nd:YAG 1440 nm wavelength laser. The 1440 nm wavelength is highly absorbed by water and creates a photomechanical effect which causes micro bubbles at the fiber tip (cavitation effect). This results in bidirectional energy distribution and more focused targeting of tissue.
